444 Cuci Terms & Conditions — Malaysia Platform Usage Agreement

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and 444 Cuci ("Platform", "We", or "Company"), governing your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by 444 Cuci.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• All activity that occurs within your account is your sole responsibility.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 444 Cuci customer support immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

444 Cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure account security and regulatory compliance. Required documents may include a national identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or proof of current address in Malaysia. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or closure.

2.3 Prohibition on Multiple Account Registration

Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other fraudulent purpose is strictly prohibited. 444 Cuci uses advanced detection systems to identify such activity. If confirmed, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

3. Age Limit & Eligibility

Use of the 444 Cuci platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above only. This is an absolute requirement and cannot be waived under any circumstances.

• By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• 444 Cuci reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• If a minor is found to have registered, the account will be closed immediately and all deposits will be refunded (less any winnings obtained).
• Any individual who assists a minor in registering or playing is fully responsible for that action.

4. Deposits

444 Cuci accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are final once processed and credited to your account.

• Bonus expiry dates are as stated in each promotional offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.

7. General Game Rules

All games on 444 Cuci are run on systems that have been independently audited and certified to ensure fairness and true randomness. All game outcomes are final and not subject to dispute unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, 444 Cuci reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wager.
• The use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

• All displayed odds are in decimal format and are subject to change without notice before a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is locked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the Cash Out function is used before or during the match (subject to availability).
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, the affected bet will be refunded to the account balance within 24 hours.

• Requests by competent authorities.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Valid balances will be returned within 7 business days once all checks are complete, subject to all applicable rollover requirements being fulfilled.

12. Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 444 Cuci is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Any game outcome affected by a technical failure on the user's end (device, internet connection, etc.).
• Loss of data or information due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
